All users of the Legacy XS Centre, whether or not they use the skatepark facilities, must take out membership in order to facilitate administration of the Centre. Membership is open to all and will only be refused or withdrawn on the grounds of infringement of the rules of the Centre which have been established for the comfort and safety of everyone using the facilities. An application form, available here, should be completed on or before your first visit to the Centre whereupon your photograph will be taken and a membership card provided. Lost or damaged cards can be replaced throughout the year for a small fee.

There will be an annual membership fee for all those wishing to use the centre. This will comply with our insurance obligations to keep accurate records for health and safety reasons.

There will be a charge of £1.50 for replacement or lost membership cards, and a charge of £0.50 per visit for members who have forgotten their cards - no admittance will be granted to the centre to anyone who does not first sign in.

The structure of membership fees is as follows:

Years 4-13 £5 per year (ages 8 - 18)
Students £5 per year (College card will be required)
Adult (full) £10 per year (To gain access to all facilities)
Adult (associate) £5 per year (Access to cafe only)

Minimum age for use of ramps is year 8 (age 8). Those under this may use other facilities in the Centre when accompanied by an adult and be signed in as visitors.

Individuals facing particular financial challenges (on income support etc) should ask to speak to the Manager about special concessionary rates. Your request will be handled discreetly and each set of circumstances considered on their own merit. It is the policy of Legacy XS that no individual should be excluded on the basis of their financial circumstances.

Skate Park
Ramp charges will be £5 for a 3 hour session, or £10 for an all day session on Saturday and Sunday.

Private Hire
Fancy the park all to yourself? Hire the whole park for £120 for up to 20 people for 4 hours! Available Monday evenings only.

Equipment Hire
Helmets - £2 all day (deposit required)
Pads - £1 all day (deposit required)
Boards - £2 first session plus £1 per additional session (deposit required)
Blades - £2 first session plus £1 per additional session (deposit required)

(Board and blade hire are for beginner level skaters and bladers only, due to damage to equipment caused by more advanced users)

Please note:
From 8pm onwards years 8 and above only will be allowed in the Centre.

Parents, please note that Legacy XS is a public facility and the staff do not accept any responsibility for children and young people using the Centre. We cannot guarantee that customers will stay on the premises so, if you leave your child unattended this is entirely at your own risk. All children under year 4 (age 8) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
